For the past 20 years, Jenny O’Donnell has served in various capacities managing programs for non-profit organizations locally as well as internationally. She has vast experience in the areas of volunteer and community engagement as well as launching program start-ups and new initiatives. She has had the opportunity to lead programs within outstanding service organizations such as Habitat for Humanity International, HandsOn Jacksonville, United Way of Northeast Florida, AmeriCorps and Episcopal Children’s Services. She is also a dedicated Guardian Ad Litum volunteer and advocates for children in the dependency court system. When she is not working or volunteering, Jenny enjoys spending her time with family, traveling and exploring new foods!
Allie is a Jacksonville native and received a degree in Marketing from Florida State University. She brings expertise in digital marketing and health care-related office administration. Her interest in marketing drew from her endless curiosity for understanding others. She believes that through understanding, compassion, and empathy, she can better serve her community - which is exactly why she joined the JaxCareConnect team. When she is not working, Allie enjoys creating art, spending quality time with her loved-ones, and taking in the great outdoors!
Teresa was born in Frankfurt, Germany and grew up in a military family. Her father served 24 years in the Armed Forces, allowing her the opportunity to have lived all over the world. Her mother selflessly volunteered for others, creating a foundation of service for Teresa. She attended Savannah State University and attained a degree in Criminal Justice. Teresa has 20 years’ experience with integrated counseling, case management and administration with entities such as the State of Florida, Salvation Army, Northwest Behavioral Health and the Child Guidance Center. When Teresa is not working, you can find her cooking for others or feeding her beloved ducks!
Kelsey is a native Floridian and holds a degree in Public Health from the University of Miami. She initially moved to Jacksonville to complete a year of service with the City Year AmeriCorps program as a mentor for at-risk children, but then stayed to complete another service term as a Patient Navigator with National Health Corps Florida at Sulzbacher. Kelsey brings experience in specialty referrals for vulnerable members of the community and a passion for connecting with patients to meet their needs. During her free time, you can find Kelsey at the beach volunteering with Beaches Sea Turtle Patrol, spending time with friends at local outdoor markets and the beach, or trying out new restaurants.
Precious is a Duval County native with a degree in Social Work from Murray State University. She's currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University with a concentration in Leadership in Executive & Administrative Development. She has 16 years of experience, including mental health, community services, gerontology, affordable housing, and healthcare. She is very passionate about helping those in underserved populations while creating a streamlined process individuals can use to navigate available services. In her free time, Precious enjoys spending time with her family, watching all things MARVEL, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
Rhonda was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. After attending high school in Jacksonville, she began her educational journey at Florida A&M University. During her junior year, Rhonda completed an academic externship at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, working with the Healthy Start program to oversee maternal and infant healthcare services in the community. Rhonda graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Social Work and gained experience over the next 14 years working in the hospital setting, assisting vulnerable members of the community. Rhonda's greatest strength is in the passion and dedication she has in caring for people. During her free time, Rhonda enjoys reading, traveling with her daughter and spending time with friends and family.
Tori was born and raised in the Sunshine State of Florida. After attending high school in Jacksonville, she began her educational journey in Public Health at the University of Alabama. During her four years there, she participated in many student-lead organizations like the Student Health Hut and volunteering at the off-campus VA Hospital. During Tori's junior year, she was invited to join the Atlantis fellowship to study medicine in Milan, Italy. There, she was able to shadow many renowned medical specialists. Tori graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and Promotion. Following undergrad, she completed her Master's in Public Health and joined Americorps, which gave her the opportunity to join JaxCareConnect. Tori has been on several medical mission trips. That's where her passion for assessing the needs of the community became prevalent. During her free time, she enjoys the company of her friends and family, spending time on the water, and coaching gymnastics.
